1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using STALK + STOCK marketplace platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Account Types and Responsibilities
Shoppers & Wholesale Shoppers
- Provide honest and accurate reviews of products and services.
- Honor purchase commitments, including Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) for wholesale.
- Report any issues with products or services promptly.
Producers
- Provide accurate product listings including descriptions, prices (retail and wholesale), and availability.
- Comply with all applicable food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain proper business licensing and permits.
- Process orders promptly and communicate any delays.
Delivery Agents
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods, especially perishables.
- Maintain proper food handling and safety protocols.
- Communicate proactively with customers about delivery status.
Advertising Partners
- Create truthful and non-misleading promotional content.
- Comply with advertising standards and regulations.
- Respect user privacy and data protection requirements.
3. Monetization
STALK + STOCK may use several methods to monetize the platform, which you agree to by using our service:
- Transaction Fees: A percentage-based fee may be applied to sales between Producers and Shoppers.
- Subscription Plans: Producers and Advertising Partners may subscribe to tiered plans for enhanced features.
- Listing & Advertising Fees: Fees may be charged for featured placements and promoted content.
- Delivery Fees: Fees are associated with per-delivery services and optional subscriptions for Delivery Agents.
4. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates our policies, contains false information, or is otherwise harmful.
5. Limitation of Liability
STALK + STOCK serves as a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of individual products but maintain standards to ensure platform integrity.
6. Account Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with platform standards.
