Producer Payout Policy

When a customer places an order through the platform, they make one payment at checkout. The platform automatically calculates its service fee and assigns the remaining amount to the producer who fulfilled the order.

The platform only collects its fee. The remaining funds belong to the producer and are released according to the payout schedule below.

The platform charges a service fee on each completed sale. This fee may be a percentage of the sale, a flat amount, or a combination of both.

The platform fee is automatically deducted before payouts are released.

Payouts are not issued immediately at checkout.

Funds are held temporarily to allow for:

• Order fulfillment
• Customer delivery
• Refunds or disputes if needed

Payouts are released after:

• The order is marked as fulfilled and delivered, or
• A fixed holding period of [X] days has passed, whichever comes first

Once released, payouts are sent directly to the producer's linked bank account.

If an order contains items from more than one producer:

• Each producer is paid only for their own items
• Fees are calculated per producer or per item
• Payouts are handled separately for each producer

If an order is refunded or canceled:

• Refunds are issued from the producer's allocated balance
• Platform fees are not refunded unless the entire order is canceled before fulfillment

If a producer's balance is insufficient to cover a refund:

• Future payouts may be delayed until the balance is resolved

If a customer files a dispute or chargeback:

• The payout for the affected order may be paused
• Responsibility for the dispute is assigned to the producer who fulfilled the item
• Funds may be withheld until the dispute is resolved

To receive payouts, producers must:

• Complete their payout profile
• Provide valid bank information
• Submit required tax forms (W-9 or W-8, if applicable)

Producers are responsible for reporting their own income and taxes related to sales made on the platform.
